Shipping and Returns
Before initiating any return or exchange request, customers must first confirm whether their purchase is a Made-to-Order or Ready-to-Wear (RTW) product, as the policies differ for each category. The product category is clearly mentioned on the product page and in the order confirmation.
Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Products
Ready-to-Wear products are eligible for return or exchange provided the customer informs Asaaye within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odour, damage, or alterations, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, a refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days. A Rs.200 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping must be arranged and borne by the customer.
In case of an exchange, customers may request a different size of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests are processed only after the original product is received and passes quality inspection. If the requested size is unavailable, the request will be treated as a return and processed accordingly.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products
Each Made-to-Order piece at Asaaye is crafted specifically for the customer. As these products are produced exclusively against confirmed orders, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered as a standard policy.
Requests will be reviewed only in exceptional cases where the product received is damaged or defective, or where there is a significant discrepancy in size, fabric, or colour compared to the confirmed order. Any such request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale & Promotional Products
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
How to Raise a Request
For both Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order products, return or exchange requests must be sent to support@asaaye.com with the order ID, product category, reason for the request, and clear images or videos of the product along with its original packaging. Once approved, the customer will receive detailed return instructions. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Quality Check & Final Decision
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Asaaye reserves the right to decline a return, exchange, or refund if the product does not meet the stated conditions.
Shipping
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Approximate delivery timelines are mentioned on the individual product pages, and may vary depending on the product.
Asaaye cannot be held responsible for courier delays or unforeseen events beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, the responsibility for delivery passes to the courier, though we will assist you in case of any transit-related concerns.
Order Cancellations
Once your order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. If a cancellation is requested, the full payment amount will be forfeited and applied as a cancellation fee. Please note that our policy strictly does not accommodate any refunds.
