Given the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as a standard policy. However, we understand that certain situations may arise, and in such cases we are committed to resolving them fairly.

Returns & Exchanges

We will review return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

For a request to be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact.

Items purchased during sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange. Similarly, customized or personalized orders are final, except in cases of defects as outlined above.

Process for Initiating a Request

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@asaaye.com or on +91 9129220201. Kindly share photographs or videos of the product and its packaging so that we can review the matter promptly.

If your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship back the product to Asaaye in case of returns. Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Approximate delivery timelines are mentioned on the individual product pages, and may vary depending on the product.

Asaaye cannot be held responsible for courier delays or unforeseen events beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, the responsibility for delivery passes to the courier, though we will assist you in case of any transit-related concerns.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. If a cancellation is requested, the full payment amount will be forfeited and applied as a cancellation fee. Please note that our policy strictly does not accommodate any refunds.
